Sennuten was a servant in the necropolis of the 19th dynasty royal family. The tomb was discovered in 1886. All of its content were shipped to Cairo. Because of that, burglars did not visit the tombs as frequently as the rest of the others. A visitor will be surprised about the freshness of the painting smell inside the tomb. Archeologists predicted that this is one of the least visited ancient sites throughout the centuries in Egypt. The colors of the drawings seem so clear and vibrant, as if they were painted recently. The tomb is very simple from the inside. It is a single small burial chamber covered with scenes and text stories from the Book of Dead. Some drawings show Anubis looking over the mummy, a portrait of Sennuten and his family and plowing and harvesting scenes.
